Janet specializes in downtown high-rise luxury hotel condominiums, especially the Four Seasons Residences, St. Regis Residences and Millennium Tower San Francisco. Currently, she is the market leader in representing buyer and sellers at these properties and has successfully completed several million in sales volume while achieving a 25-50% appreciation in these buildings. Previously, she was employed for two years with the New York developer, Millennium Partners where Janet sold approximately 50% of the 142 units at the Four Seasons Residences conducting ‘hard hat’ tours in late 1999- 2002.
